Is my horoscope compatible to win international lottery jackpot?

Winning a lottery involves many things to be considered. The primary house for winning a lottery is 5th house. It is an unearned money so 8th house is also involved! Any kind of gain is 11th house and since money is deposited in the bank account, 2nd house also has its significance. Winning lottery is a sudden event, so Rahu has its role here the most significantly.

In the birth chart there should be Yogas of winning lottery which will take place in favourable DBA and transit.

We need to analyse a birth chart very carefully to know whether the concerned birth chart has the promise of event or not!

In the above chart, ascendant lord is moon and is situated in 2nd house. 2nd house lord is situated in 9th house with a wealth significator planet (Venus) in its exalted position (Venus is considered to be highly fruitful when in Pisces Sign. 

The 5th house is occupied by Ketu. Ketu is a spiritual planet and it tries to deny the worldly pleasure. Sitting in 5th house, Ketu denies the fruitfulness of the 5th house. Furthermore, the 5th house is not getting aspect of any benefice planet (Jupiter, Venus etc). 5th house lord is Mars and is sitting with Rahu in 11th house, and 11th house lord is Venus. 

8th house lord is Saturn and is sitting in 7th house with Jupiter, Jupiter is owner of 6th and 9th houses. Both planets are aspecting the ascendant while Saturn is also aspecting th 9th house and 4th house and Jupiter is also aspecting eleventh and third house.

Thus we can see that the ascendant (Native himself) is associated with 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 8th, 11th, Venus and Rahu. Only minor negativity is Ketu, in this regard, which is negligible.

Above is D9 chart of the same ascendant. We inspect D9 chart closely to know as to what extent the above planets would be able to help native gain or fulfil the desire. 

The ascendant of D9 chart is Mercury, Mercury is associated with 8th house and sitting in enemy sign, but the enemy (= Mars) is sitting in the sign of Mercury (= Gemini) in 10th house. Here the potential of ascendant lord is neither weak nor so much strong, but in any condition, we can conclude the native will win the lottery however due to weakness of Mercury the amount will not so huge.
